This is the first story banner that I've made in... so many years. My graphic skills have majorly improved since then! For which I am so thankful for. You have no idea. Lol My skills used to be enough to make anyone gag - even me.

Anyway, I created this for a challenge going on over at The-Dark-Arts forum. The challenge sounded like fun so I decided to participate. You don;t get anything for entering. Just enhancing your skills and creating work of art that you can be proud of.

To be honest, this banner came in multiple different colour schemes and ultimately, I couldn't decide. I had like 10 different colour schemes for it but I narrowed it down to 3. I was stuck from there. So I ended up posting the three "finalists" on the forum (listed above) where I asked for their opinions. In the end, this one had the most votes. The other two colour schemes didn't do bad, don't get me wrong! This one just won out both others - by only one vote.

I really like the design. Though this isn't my proudest graphic design ever, I still like it. I think it's really amazing and wonderful for my first attempt at graphic design like this after so many years. It just... really shows me how much I've improved. As well as how much I can still improve. So I like it as well as have complaints about certain aspects of it. That's okay though. It just means that I'm improving.
